- Payments are required in advance unless a written agreement states otherwise.
- Accepted payment methods are listed separately on relevant service pages.
- All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise specified.
- Service suspension may occur for delayed payments until the outstanding balance is cleared.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Extreme Commerce services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

- Refrain from any illegal or unauthorized use of our services.
- Follow all program-specific rules, guidelines, and codes of conduct.

7. ASA Mentorship — Zoom Sessions
Applicable to 6-Month and 1-Year Mentorship Programs
- One monthly 20-minute Zoom session is included in the mentorship programme.
- Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month.
- No compensation or credit is provided for months where a session was not scheduled or utilised.
- Sessions must be booked in advance through the designated scheduling system.
8. ASA Mentorship — Direct Communication
Applicable to 6-Month and 1-Year Mentorship Programs
- WhatsApp access to your assigned mentor is included for strategic questions and guidance.
- Timely responses are expected via text messages or voice notes during reasonable hours.
- Members are expected to respect the mentor's time allocation and not request excessive communication beyond the scope of the programme.
- Technical Amazon listing queries should be directed to the Elite management service and are outside the scope of mentorship sessions.
